Tandoori Chicken



Ingredients:


- 500g boneless chicken (breast or thighs), cut into pieces

- 1 jar (300 ml) Tandoori Marinade

- 2 tablespoons yogurt

- Juice of 1 lemon

- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish

- Salt to taste

- Serve with naan, rice, or salad


Instructions:


1. In a bowl, mix the Tandoori Marinade, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and ensure they are well-coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best flavor.


2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) or preheat a grill.


3. Place the marinated chicken pieces on a baking tray or skewers. If using a grill, you can also cook them on a grill rack.


4. Bake or grill the chicken for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.


5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, rice, or salad.


This recipe can also be adapted for paneer, tofu, or vegetables for a vegetarian option.
