Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken (breast or thighs), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 jar (300 ml) Chicken Masala sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Serve with steamed rice, roti, or naan
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Pour in the Chicken Masala sauce and stir to coat the chicken evenly. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the chicken to cook through.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice, roti, or naan.
