How is the food prepared and delivered?
All our food is frozen before being sent out and is packaged in a double walled cardboard carton
with insulated foil lining. Combined with aqua-chill coolants to achieve a temperature of
between 0 and 8°C for up to 48 hours.
How should I store
my food?
On receipt of your curries, please store in the freezer for up to three months. Once defrosted the curries must be consumed within 3 days of defrosting. Alternatively, all of our food can be stored in
the fridge for three days after delivery.
Is it possible to freeze any leftovers?
We would not recommend freezing anything that has already been fully defrosted or re-heated.
What is the best way to defrost the contents of my box/ do I need to defrost before reheating?
We would recommend defrosting your curries in the fridge or microwave prior to heating and cooking. Once defrosted please follow the cooking instructions provided on our packaging.
Once my order has gone through is it possible to add to it/amend it?
Unfortunately, once your order is processing, we may not be able add to or amend it. If you do need
to reschedule your box, we may be able to accommodate but you must contact us as soon as
possible so we can see what can be done. Once an order is dispatched, the order can not be cancelled and are non-refundable.
Can I amend my delivery address?
This is possible if done before dispatch, if you do need to make any changes to the delivery address,

If my box has been delayed by a day, is it still safe to eat?
We package all our boxes so that they will withstand up to 48 hours in the courier system, couriers
can sometimes incur delays. We use ice packs to ensure the interior of the box maintains a steady temperature. It is natural for the ice packs to melt during the delivery process, and this should not affect the food
inside the box.
Why has the delivery fee increased when adding to my order?
Our delivery fees from the courier are a set fee per box. If your items exceed the package guidelines set out by DPD further postage charges may be incurred. If during the packing stage we are able to pack it within the rules from our courier we will refund any charges due to you.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We cater for gluten and dairy free. Please check our allergens sheet for any additional information.
When should I place my order for next day delivery?
24 hours in advance
How to select my chosen delivery date/can I place my order ahead, if so by how much?
At the checkout stage you will see a calendar with all of the available delivery dates. You can order
up to one month ahead.
When should I place my order for next day delivery?
Please place your order no later than 2 days before your chosen delivery date to avoid any possible
disappointment.
