Curry Dishes
Microwave (750W) – Recommended
Loosen the lid and heat for 4 minutes.Stir carefully, then heat for a further 2–3 minutes until piping hot throughout.
Hob
Transfer to a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally, until fully heated through.
Oven
Transfer to an oven-safe dish and heat at 190°C for 10–15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until piping hot.
Pulao / Biryani
Loosen lid and microwave for 3–4 minutes, stirring halfway through, until piping hot throughout.
Naan
For best results, brush lightly with butter or oil and warm under a hot grill for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned.Alternatively, heat in a warm oven for 2–3 minutes or microwave briefly until soft and warm.
Samosa/Pakora/Tikka
Heat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until hot and crispy.Tikka must be piping hot.
